Viralnik · A web app for Reels and YouTube Shorts creators
Viralnik is a web app for short-video creators. It catches competitors' videos that are gaining views right now and messages you on Telegram, breaks a hit down second by second, publishes your own video at the right time and turns commenters into channel subscribers.

A day with Viralnik
A day with Viralnik
An ordinary Monday for a creator who makes videos about coffee. Watch the clock.
07:58
Viralnik checks your competitors' accounts every hour. A video by @coffee_ekb has crossed your 100K-view threshold, and the bot has already messaged you on Telegram.
You set the threshold and the time window, from 6 hours to a week. Track up to 50 accounts.
08:05
The feed shows videos from all your competitors, with the ones outperforming their usual numbers on top. ×14.2 means the creator usually gets about 100K views and this one got 1.4 million. Demand for this topic is already proven.
Up to 50 accounts per collection. Topic search finds the most-viewed Reels and Shorts for a keyword or hashtag.
08:20
Paste one link and you get the video's transcript with timestamps, key frames and numbers. You can see how it hooks viewers in the first three seconds and how the rest is built. The script for your own version is done before your coffee gets cold.
You can paste several links at once. Instagram videos download as mp4.
12:30
Upload the video, pick a time, and AI suggests a caption. At 7 PM it goes live on Instagram and YouTube Shorts without you.
You don't have to connect Instagram: the bot will send the video and caption to your Telegram right on time.
12:40
Instagram doesn't promote reposts. Viralnik slightly changes the framing, color, speed and sound, writes a new caption and schedules the copies as trial Reels. They are shown to people who don't follow you yet.
Up to 5 copies at a time. You can pick the video straight from your Instagram.
21:40
The bot replies to the comment, sends a DM and takes the person to your Telegram bot. They get the guide only after subscribing to your channel. Meanwhile, you're having dinner.
Replies are worded differently every time. Requests to join a private channel are approved automatically.
23:59
You shot one video. Viralnik did the rest.
The numbers are illustrative; the workflow is real.

How much does it cost?
It's free for now. All you need is an email and a password; we don't ask for a card. Accounts have limits: 20 collections, 50 tracked accounts and 300 minutes of transcription per month.
Won't Instagram ban me?
Tracking competitors doesn't need your account: we read public profiles the way any viewer does. Publishing and comment replies go through the official Instagram API, and we never see your password.
Do I need a business account?
Not for the feed, alerts and breakdowns. Auto-publishing and funnels need a professional account, Creator or Business. You can switch for free in Instagram settings.
What about TikTok?
Not yet. Topic search and auto-publishing work with YouTube Shorts; the competitor feed and alerts are Instagram-only for now.
Can I use it without connecting my Instagram?
Yes. At the scheduled time the bot sends the video and caption to your Telegram; just post it and tap “Published”.
I don't have a Telegram channel
Funnels work without one: turn off the subscription check and the bot simply sends the material. But with a channel, every commenter becomes a subscriber.
What about my data?
Access keys are stored encrypted, and we don't sell data. You can delete your account and everything in it with one button in Settings.
A video in your niche got 148K views in 5 h 40 min. The creator usually gets 10K.
Free. Email and password, no card.
