Disconnect Instagram
- in Viralnik: My accounts → the account → Disconnect; or
- in Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Viralnik → Remove.
Either way, we immediately delete the access token and profile data, scheduled posts stop going out and automated replies stop.
When Meta sends us a data deletion request, we erase everything we received from Instagram about that account for every Viralnik user who connected it: the profile, follower history, the account's funnels with people's comments and messages, and cached videos. You can check the status of the request at the link with the confirmation code.
Disconnect YouTube
- in Viralnik: My accounts → the channel → Disconnect. We delete the tokens and channel data and revoke access with Google right away; or
- in your Google account: Third-party apps & services → Viralnik → Delete all connections.
Delete your whole account
Go to Settings → Delete account. Together with the account we delete uploaded videos, publications, funnels and statistics, including the data of people who interacted with your funnels, and revoke YouTube access with Google. If you cannot sign in, email info@viralnik.ru from the address your account is registered with and we will delete it within 7 days.
