Who provides the service
Viralnik is provided by Neatsoft Sp. z o.o., ul. Solipska 3/5, 02-482 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000980365, NIP 5223229943. These terms are an agreement between you and this company.
The service
Viralnik helps you analyze short videos, prepare and publish Reels and YouTube Shorts, reply to comments and deliver materials to subscribers through your own Telegram bot. The service is provided "as is": we work to keep it running without interruptions but cannot guarantee it, including when Instagram or Telegram change their rules and limits.
Your obligations
You agree to:
- connect only Instagram accounts, YouTube channels and Telegram bots that you manage;
- follow the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Telegram rules;
- not use the service for spam, unsolicited messages or misleading messages;
- publish only content you have the rights to;
- keep your password and API access tokens secret.
YouTube
Viralnik's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Automated replies
Direct messages are sent only to people who commented on your post or wrote to you themselves, and only within Instagram's limits. You set the reply texts and you are responsible for them.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to the service if you violate these terms or the platforms' rules. You can disconnect your accounts and delete your data at any time; see Data deletion.
